What currencies can I transfer to and from MoneySwap? You can deposit funds in any currency that is listed on MoneySwap, the relevant account details for each currency can be found in the deposit funds section. Similarly you will only be able to transfer listed currencies from MoneySwap. What currencies are available to purchase or exchange from on MoneySwap? All currencies that are available on Moneyswap are shown in the trading pages. Do I need a bank account in the UK to have an account with MoneySwap? No, however funds can only deposited via a bank transfer. When I transfer money from my bank to MoneySwap, what account details should I give? What can I do if I now longer require the foreign currency that I have “swapped” on MoneySwap? You can simply “swap” it back into your base currency and transfer it back to your bank account. How much will MoneySwap charge me to transfer money? There is a standard international transfer fee of £10. Is there a limit to the amount of money I can exchange or “swap”? You can “swap” any quantity up to £100,000, or currency equivalent, per individual transaction. If you have more than 100,000 to “swap” you simply need to do more than one transaction depending on the quantity of money. What if there is no-one who wants to exchange money into a certain currency at a certain time? There will always be a market-maker providing a buy and sell price in all listed currencies. What are the smallest and largest quantities I can transfer? The smallest internal transfer is £10 and the smallest external transfer is £50.
